Factory lug torque specs for every Model Y trim, wheel size, and tire size — the number to hit before you drop the jack.

Every Model Y wheel is torqued to spec at the factory, and it's worth hitting that same number after any rotation, wheel swap, or flat repair. Too loose and the wheel can work itself free over time; too tight and you risk stretching or snapping a lug stud. Use a calibrated torque wrench, tighten in a star pattern, and re-check after the first 50–100 miles on new wheels.
